ENG: Your employer should keep the promises that they made to you. If you are an H2A worker, those promises are stated in your H2A contract. If you are not an H2A worker and are working on a farm, you should have received those promises in a written agreement in your language. If you did not receive this written agreement, the employer has violated a special protective law for farmworkers.
